When there's a deadline to write and draw, I feel an adrenaline rush like I'm sprinting for my life. A surge of creativity inside me wants to come out but I wasn't always in the right headspace to make it happen.
Until I discovered space manipulation using color therapy.
Very simply, it's when you take your bedroom or art studio and turn it into a living breathing energy that you control.
So I noticed when my space felt off, I felt off.
When my space feels alive, I feel alive to create more original works.
I have my normal books, posters and crystals in my space to visually remind me of why I love art, but I needed something that would instantly get me out of my head and onto paper or canvas.
That's when I discovered these amazing essential oils.
You know how there's an app for everything, well there is an oil for everything.
For me I like using Frankincense, Copaiba and a cinnamon blend oil called Thieves to connect me to my creative source.
That sweet spot where your inspiration sends you in hyperdrive and you can't stop until your project is finished.
Yeah that space!
The oils help three areas in my life so I use all of them.
Frankincense for divine beauty.
Copaiba for expanded artistic talent.
Thieves because I love staying immune.
Whenever I paint or write, I don't like to be bothered so when I have the oils going, I feel more at ease if I do get interrupted!
Tell me how do you keep your art space alive and inspirational, leave me a comment!!
